These terms are between you and AL Namaa Management Solutions FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“AL Namaa,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, the diagnostic, or the Solution Guide, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

What this site offers

This site gives you access to:

• a self-service Growth & Transformation Diagnostic and an anonymous readiness snapshot;
• a full, AI-assisted diagnostic report once you unlock it with your contact details;
• the Solution Guide, a short guided conversation that suggests where your constraint may sit;
• published insights, resources, and information about our advisory services; and
• a way to book a consultation or apply for a role with us.

Advisory engagements, consulting work, and coaching delivered beyond this site are governed by their own separate agreement, not these terms.

Who can use this site

This site is intended for business use by people old enough to enter a business relationship in their jurisdiction, acting on behalf of themselves or an organisation they represent. You’re responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate.

What the diagnostic is, and isn’t

The diagnostic scores your responses against a fixed model to identify likely patterns and constraints in how your organisation operates. It’s a starting point for a conversation, built from your own answers — it does not verify those answers independently, and it is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or other regulated advice. Decisions you make based on your diagnostic results are your own responsibility, and we’d encourage you to validate anything material with your own advisors before acting on it.

About the AI-generated parts of your report

The narrative sections of your report are drafted by an AI model from your diagnostic answers and scores. We apply safeguards so the narrative can’t change your underlying scores, invent facts about your organisation, or contradict the diagnostic’s own findings — but it is still a machine-generated synthesis, not a professional assessment reviewed by a person before it reaches you. Treat it as a structured starting hypothesis, not a certified conclusion, and raise anything that reads as wrong or off-target with us directly.

Using this site responsibly

When using this site, please don’t:

• submit false information, or complete the diagnostic on behalf of an organisation without authority to do so;
• attempt to access another visitor’s report, data, or admin systems;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the site or its diagnostic; or
• use anything you receive from this site — reports, resources, or insights — to build a competing product or service.

Intellectual property

The diagnostic methodology, scoring model, report content, resources, insights, and site design are owned by AL Namaa or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. Your diagnostic report is yours to use for your own organisation’s purposes; you may not redistribute, resell, or publish it, or the underlying methodology, without our written permission.

No warranty

This site, the diagnostic, and everything it produces are provided “as is.” We work to keep the diagnostic accurate and the site available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will follow from acting on your results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, AL Namaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on your diagnostic results. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do — continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
